Our story
DRB Companies began by providing complex corporate real estate advisory services to a range of public and private enterprises. Recognizing an opportunity, DRB expanded its focus towards acquiring and investing in lower middle market companies.
A complementary real estate platform supports the growth and expansion of DRB's portfolio companies and tenant partners.

Don leads DRB's initiatives on all investments, acquisitions, and developments. He has consulted on over $500MM of CRE transactions and is an active, hands-on investor in DRB's portfolio companies.

Julius leads DRB's development initiatives with an emphasis on tenant relations and site selection. Julius has developed, transacted, and/or consulted on over $1.5B worth of properties throughout his career.
